We are now looking for a hardworking, meticulous, and ambitious person for a position as an operational team leader at a warehouse in Jordbro, where you will combine warehouse work (picking, packing, receiving) with leadership. The distribution is 70% warehouse work and 30% leadership.

Responsibilities include:

✔ Planning, staffing, and productivity monitoring

✔ Holding meetings and personnel discussions

✔ Working in warehouse systems (Ongoing, MS Office)

✔ Contact with customer service

✔ Working with workplace safety issues

Requirements:

🔹 Experience in warehouse work and leadership

🔹 Forklift license and experience in terminal and warehouse work

🔹 Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

✅ Previous personnel responsibility

✅ English language skills

Location: Jordbro

Employment type: Full-time

Start: Immediately, considering notice periods

Working hours vary between 06:00-15:00, 08:30-17:30, and every third Sunday. The company is a family-owned third-party logistics company operating in Stockholm and other areas.
